![]() They then called me saying I owed them for the dessert that wasn't included in the Groupon deal. They never returned to collect my signed bill, therefore I just left assuming that's all that was owed. Â Lastly, asking and paying for the bill was the worst part of the meal because it took a span of 25 minutes. ![]() The selection of meat was OK - only about 6 types being served. The concept of the buffet line for salad and sides is smart, but getting up and out of your seat in a tightly set up dining area was NOT ideal. It wasn't until the fifth time that we asked, where one of the meat waiters finally told us they didn't have any for the day. The servers were nice and polite, but we asked for garlic bread multiple times only to be misled that they had any. The food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. The location is ideal if you want to roam around a touristy location, otherwise Universal City Walk is not the place to go to if you're trying to avoid the crowd. This was a popular option for Father's Day seeing they were fully booked for the day. I took my family out here for Father's Day since they had a great deal offered through Groupon or through their actual restaurant. Â It's an expensive treat, you might as well savor it! This was the first time my girlfriend and I ever tried Brazilian bbq and we were definitely satisfied.
